First, allow me to state that I am technologically challenged and that is putting it mildly. I have a laptop computer. The arrow keeps freezing and/or flies all over the place. Sometimes, I can't even find the arrow. I have to turn the computer off and try again and again and again. This has been happening for several days. I have Kasperksy anti-virus and ran a full scan, which took several hours. No viruses were detected. I have no idea why this is happening or what I can do to fix it. If anyone is able to let me know what is wrong and how to fix it, I would be deeply grateful. Thank you so much in advance.

By the way, I took out a 3-year extended warranty on this computer which I never had need to use. Would you believe that it expired last month??????? How's that for luck???

docsgirl
