Anyone having trouble logging in? Tried this A.M. Kindle help couldn't figure out the problem. They passed me off to Zynga. Emailed them my problem and 8 hrs. later still waiting for an answer.

I play WWF on my Nook tablet. A few months ago they notified me of a new app. I stuck with the old one, but check if you need an update or new app on Kindle.

I love WWF. I have 4 Kindles (don't ask, LOL).

8.9" Kindle HD-Game partially loads, this started a few days ago. I am logged on though.

8.9" Kindle HDX-I can log on, but the game partially loads. If I get out and come back in, then I get a totally black screen with no game.

On my 7" HD and my 7" HDX, I can play as usual.

WWF works fine on my Android phone.

I called Amazon I think Oct. 23rd. They connected me to their app dept. Their app dept. was suppose to get back with me. I haven't heard from anyone and it is now Nov. 3rd. I would like to get mine going again also.

I know this is no help, but at least you know you aren't alone.

I forgot to mention that I did remove the app and put it back on several times. I also cleaned my cache. Nothing helps.

Amazon made sure I had the newest version too.

Thanks ladies I tried everything. I'm going to get frustrated with level 168 in Candy Crush now.

Try it again! I just now got mine to work after about 10 days of not working! Woohoo!!! Maybe they did an update.

I did a sync. Then I restarted both of my 8.9"" Kindles and WWF works fine now. Hope yours works.

Swipe down from the top and touch the sync button. Then restart your Kindle. This is what I did before and it didn't work. This time it did. I don't know if the "sync" had anything to do with fixing it, but it can't hurt. Sync just means it connects with Amazon to put anything on it that should be. I "kind" of know what I'm talking about. LOL

Might be a fluke, but they did an update of some sort because mine works now. It has been down since Oct. 23 for me.

Oh rats, well its useless to contact Kindle or Zynga they were no help. Zenga didn't even have the courtesy to answer my email.

It's frustrating.

Hi mima,

Did you get your WWF back yet? I got the same nonsense from Amazon and as I said nothing from Zynga. First time I tried your system with sync and it went in. Then I lost it again.

I just kept trying to get in and believe it or not just kept putting different variations of my email in. All of a sudden it just went in.

Who knows---got my fingers crossed it stays.

It's working again on my 8.9". I just checked. I had quit playing on the 8.9" since it works on my 7". Glad you mentioned it because I had just given up!

Again, I won't hold my breath. LOL
