topic ROKU - Sign off? in Electronics

Hi all, I finally set up a Roku XD box I was given early this year. I didn't realize it could do so much but I've been reading here about them and learning. We already had a Netflix subscription so it was quick and easy to set up.

Now my question is.....Don't you need to log off or sign out? Do you just change the TV input back to Cable? So it's always connected?

Thanks
