This is the first I have heard of it and just went to look it up online. I've been a verizon customer since cell phones first became mainstream. They happen to have the best service in my area. My work gave me a cell phone on sprint, then switched to AtT, but I had horrible reception with both of them. Often calls were dropped, or no service available. Never had that issue with Verizon, so I've stayed with them on my personal cell. Not sure if I will sign up for the rewards program. Seems simple enough to me though. Not sure how your account would get messed up for joining...but I am sure it's possible, lol. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
