      <description>&lt;P&gt;There was a previous discussion about chrome users not being able to access some items on the QVC website.Sometimes can't open the website at all. I called CS and they say it is fixed , when in reality , it is worse than before. When I want to use this site I have to get out DH's  windows laptop (very heavy). Surely I am not alone in having problems with this. &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a different browser.  I've had some difficulties with Chrome (other issues--it hangs when clearing history) so I've been using Firefox with no trouble at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have not had any problems with the Chrome browser and video on QVC using my computer. I did have a problem last week with a video on Amazon with Chrome. I switched to another browser. I know you are using a Chromebook and your options are limited.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a chromebook so that is what I have to use. I don't have any difficulty anywhere but QVC so the issue is here - not my computer. And, apparently , I'm not the only one as CS was well aware of it when I called to report it. Right now I can not even get the QVC site to open on Chrome - which may be why no one else who has this issue is here - they can't get onthe site. i am using DH's laptop with windows right now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using Chrome right now. I use it to access QVC most days. Sometimes I have trouble, but it's usually temporary and usually with the forums and not the shopping site. I think the forums are neglected a lot more than the sales site.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm curious if your DH has Chrome installed on his laptop? It would be interesting to install it on that laptop and see if you can get in fine? I'm thinking it has something to do with the version of Chrome used on the Chromebook itself?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I use Chrome for almost everything and never have trouble with QVC's site unless the site is down for everyone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I was using IE but I'm also on a 5-year old computer, and for some reason, I can't update Internet Explorer to version 8 or 9.  So since it doesn't work well for a lot of things now, I just use Google Chrome.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Try to use chrome on the laptop and see if it is OK.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Also, I am wondering if you need a chrome update.  When I click on the far right side, the three little lines next to the address bar, then click on "about google chrome", it gives the version number and it should say "Google Chrome is up to date".  &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Under my settings I was able to clean a lot of cookies etc out of the computer , which was good , but it did not resolve the issue with QVC. As this is the only site where this is happening I don't think it is my computer that is the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
