Then you need to buy a printing app. I bought I think it's called Printhand through the Amazon app store. Then you need to walk through the installation instructions for Printhand, so it is linked with your Kindle. After you've done that, when you have a page you want to print out, you press down on the address line of the page (where the address is listed) and some choices will pop up. You choose "share", and then the choices of how to share will pop up. If you've correctly linked your printer, one of the choices should be "Printhand", or whichever printing app you chose.
