Deleting a post.....

I post on here from my Ipad. I recently wanted to delete a post I had written; I submitted a graphic that didn't take, but try as I might, it wouldn't delete. Help, anyone?

I usually go back and "edit" the post ... delete the content, type a couple of periods, submit.

I'm not sure you can delete a post. I've seen people edit and just leave a period or a NM (never mind).

If you start a thread, once someone posts on it, you cannot edit or delete the original post to the thread. If it is just a post to a thread, do like others suggested, go back and click edit and delete what you posted. Many just leave a period, or something.

Actually, I was posting on a thread already created. I'm learning how to post graphics/pictures on here from another site and it didn't take. I did hit edit; deleted by back spacing , hit submit once my post appeared blank, and there it was again. I didn't know about posting a period before submitting. Next time I'll try that....Thank you!!
