LG 305c tracfone question

The today's special from HSN last week is a nice phone for me, BUT I can't shut the interactive voice off. It's very annoying. I can lower the voice, but that's not enough. Does anyone know how to do this?

Maybe we don 't know because it is a product sold on HSN. Don't they have forums? Or what about customer Svc on HSN? But what I would do is run a google search. You'll find an answer that way. I have solved all kinds of tech issues that way.

Thank you Nikalette and William Joseph. No luck there.I have a while to keep trying but it seems likely that I will return it. Nikalette, yes HSN does have forums but nothing as informative as here. There have been many good suggestions in this forum regarding products from other places. I look to Q experts for help; they are great.

Had to do it myself! Here's what you do:

Go to the Accessibility icon. Change the Menu and Dial Readout from on to off. That will take care of the problem.

Thanks july26. Your suggestion worked. I checked the internet, YouTube, the manual, Tracfone.com and everywhere but could not turn it off.
