I own the bose 3 as well as the changer im getting sound from the bose as well as the cd slot however im not getting sound from the changer has any one else had this issue and is there a fix thank you

I don't know anything about Bose because I have never owned their products. With many electronics if you can ""reset or unplug"" the device or devices this will fix many problems. If that does not work you might make sure all the cable connections are good and tight.

Now I don't even know what type of connection there are on this Bose set up. I've seen them presented on QVC but I really didn't pay that much attention to them since I am not in the market for one of them. After looking on their website it doesn't look like there are many cable connections on the back of them.

Can only say to make sure they are connected securely and there is such a thing as a cable going bad also. Another thing is that most CD players work better if a Cleaner CD is used on them on a regular basis. If you haven't done this it is something else to think about.

I've had my Bose and the three CD changer for about seven years. At one time one of the drives on the CD changer went bad. The equipment was still under warranty. Bose told me to pack it up and they sent UPS to my home to pick it up. They fixed it under the warranty and sent it back in two weeks.

Bose has excellent customer service.
