Nate & Rick said it was backlit. Description on qvc.com says it's not. Is it or isn't it?

Supposed to be Intel Core i5. Description on qvs.com says it's AMD A8-5545M quad-core processor. I don't think you can have both. Which is it?

I'm thought Nate & Rick said there was 1 3.0 USB port and 2 2.0 USB ports. Description on qvc.com says there are 2 & 2. Which is it?

Nate & Rick said this comes with Trend Anti-virus. Description on qvc.com says it comes with 4 years of McAfee Antivirus Plus. I don't think you need both. Which is it?

I'm just having a hard time with what was said and shown on qvc on television and what the website says.

Thus, I did not place an order because what was said and what is described on qvc.com is not quite the same.

Can someone help?

I think you are looking at the wromg one online. See E225993. I didn't see the presentation, so cannot speak to the difference you think you are hearing. But if you look at the one listed with the number I just gave you it has all of the items you say they mentioned but your description didn't have.

QVC has a typo on the number you listed. The title says i5, but that doesn't match the description. Call customer service.

I am also confused as the item they talked about for almost an hour does not match the written description. I called customer servic3e and they said to find out which one is correct I needed to call Dell. That should be their job !

I saw this computer E225993 for less money online. I used the model #. IMO go to Dell and find a system for your self.
