How to fix EDIT-FILE-FAVOIRTE BUTTONS?

I don't see them anymore on my upper part of screen...

Can anyone help me with this?.. One more thing on the right top part of screen I have a Favorite link but just has dates of installment...

I don't have my favorite list anymore

Also when I go to some sites when I try to navigate to get coupon or some-other info..

Get a blank page...

Hope I am wording this correctly?.. I have windows 7- INTERNET EXP 9.

Please anyone really need your help.

Right click on a portion of the upper edge of the window and select menu bar.
