I do quite a bit of grilling by myself; and, while we have two gas grills taking up space on our deck, I purchased one of the electric grills from QVC several years ago. We all love it. No more running out of propane or worrying about using it. While I do not need another one, I was tempted to get the George Forman grill that was the TSV last week.

We use a "mid-sized" propane gas grill out on our lanai. Unless we have company and I grill, i'll do chicken, hot dogs, and hamburgers together in advance and reheat in the microwave at later meals. Always keep a back up propane tank in the garage in case the other runs out during a cook-out. Back in the day, it was charcoal and a Hibachi. remember those?

We have gone through many kinds of grills over the past 40 years. Charcoal, gas, electric, not a lot of flavor without adding something to add flavor, until now. We bought a Traeger smoker last year. Love love love it. You don't have to add anything. Whole turkey, Chicken, hamburgers, ribs, hot dogs, all are delicious.
