I know! I saw them earlier this afternoon and have 3 on order! Love them. I got 2 last year and they sold out before I could get more. I wanted the yellow but it isn't showing now. It was showing earlier on waitlist. Wonder if it will show back up. They also had a light or pale blue I wanted to see. I am all about the Fluffies, but these tipped oversized ones are great!

These are my absolute favorite throws...The Fluffie. I own four. My dog owns two. so that makes six! LOL! I don't have this "tipped" one yet. I don't need another throw, I don't need another throw, I don't need another throw...

I do not own the tipped fluffie, just the regular ones. I would think they are made with the same material except one has the tipped fur. This is what I understand.

super-soft

extremely lightweight

very warm but not over-heating

non-shedding

easy to launder

quick-drying

extra-long for a throw

dog-approved

they are the softest blankets i have ever felt.there are lots of soft throws out there but berkshire is just amazing.i have redone all the beds in my home with berkshire blankets.the quality is wonderful and they are just so soft and fluffy!it's hard to describe other than just the most amazing softness.can you tell i like them?haha try the fluffie throw you won't be disappointed-at this easy pay price too.i bought the navy and mocha ones.

The only difference between these and the regular are the tips are white and they are larger. The "fluffy" part may be slightly slightly longer but not much. That could even be my imagination it is so slight. LOL

These came along at the right time, been looking to replace a couple of old throws that were way past their prime! Nothing in the stores seemed to compare, great price too!

Do they leave fuzzies all over your sheets or whatever they touch? I've never heard of these but I like the fact that they're oversized compared to other throws.

These do not shed at all. That's the beauty of them. So easy to launder, dry fast in cool dryer. No lint.

I just want to put in my two cents worth about the fluffie line of Berkshire.

I'm not a fan at all. We received blankets one year as a gift, and if I could give them away without the giver knowing, I would in a minute. Hate them. They shed and are super hot.

Now Berkshire' Velvet lines, I love. much softer, not as hot, no pilling or shedding and a much more elegant look (to me the fluffies get to look matted and more like a dog bed does after too much use, even before too much use).

As for the tipped fluffies, never had those particular ones, so can't give an opinion on just those.

@Mominohio, thanks for your review of the fluffie throws that answered the reservations I had about them. My concerns were shedding and the matting of the longer pile. I almost ordered these but glad I listened to my intuition.

I agree that the Berkshire velvet loft throws and blankets are fabulous. I had previously ordered the Berkshire Velvet Loft blankets for all the beds and both the Berkshire Velvet Loft throw and the ED On Air by Berkshire heathered throw and was pleased with both. They washed up well, no shedding and very soft and cozy. I really liked the heathered effect of the ED throw, very different.

I have two of the Fluffie throws and haven't had any shedding problems at all. I like them, but I especially love Ellen's velvet throws and her heathered throw. As soon as I see her velvet throws again, I'm buying another pair. Ultra soft, they wash and air dry beautifully, and maintain their loft.
