Duraflame Issue

Duraflame Portable Stove Heater w/Handle & Flam

Sorry the pic is so large, however I purchased this Duraflame ($79) back in October and I just love it. However as of late, it has developed cracks in the logs. This shouldn't happen. I also have other Duraflames and this has never happened on any of them. Does anyone on this forum has this item with the same issue? I am thinking of contacting Duraflame about this.

Yes, this exact thing happened to my Duraflame (the exact same model as your showing), it's very disappointing. I'd be interested to hear if you get any action from the company about this. I don't think this should have happened and I've had mine less than a year also. The cracks really detract from the appearnce

@chatnoir15, I just sent an email as suggested from Paulette, a QVC MOD. I will keep you posted when I get a response. I bet there are others with the same issue. I have other Duraflame heaters & have never had this happen.

@chatnoir15, customer service wants me to return the item, whew. I hated to think I would be out $90 & it hadn't even been a year. I would not hesitate to reach out to them, refer them to my situation/post. However, they know me well, I will be reinvesting it back into the upcoming TSV, lol.
