help with luminara remotes!

Hi all,

I purchased the luminara tsv's earlier this month. The timers work great, but I just decided to try the remotes and I can't get any of them to work. What am I doing wrong? Please, clues to make them work!!

Have candle turned on but not in timer mode, then try remote.

Ugh! I did have it on timer mode so that was the problem - although I will say I wish it would work that way also.

I find I use the remotes when I want the candles on and then turn them off when I want them off. I think it will lengthen battery life. I really like this feature.

Be careful. Using the remotes will drain the candle batteries, even when they're off since the switch is still in the on position. I had my candles turned off for a month without the remote and they were dead when I went to use them again. I had put the batteries in brand new. No more remotes for me
