    <description>Okay, here's another gripe. I like open concept in homes when it fits the character of the home, but I hate when designers take a beautiful, classic older home and start tearing out walls without trying to preserve anything. It destroys the beauty and character of the home, and it just makes me sad. Rehab Addict's host is one of the few who really cares about the house's integrity. I wish more designers would follow her lead. Besides, I don't believe the open concept fashion will last forever.</description>
