What is the secret of these working? I've read all the reviews and like anything else there are good/bad ones. I did call Air Innovations and they said NOT to remove the orange tag. Mine have been plugged in now for three plus weeks and nothing. I'm giving them until Friday and then packing up and sending back.

All you have to do is take out of box and plug in, right?

I would like to know too. Mine was plugged in for a week or more and it was clean as a whistle.

I have dogs and birds so it should have some dirt in it already!

I also read that you are not to remove the orange tab. I think I will call the 800 number tomorrow.

I have had four of them for months and months...I see no difference....I don't know why i didn't send them back....
