The answer to our prayers, this new device will soon be available to fold the shirts in your laundry. They'll be taking orders for it in 2017 and the units will be shipped to customers in 2018. It's projected to cost $750-800.

You hang a shirt on its exterior and it's sucked inside where the magic takes place. It's neatly folded and spiffed up with a little steam and pressing, then ejected onto a neat pile.

They don't mention what happens to the rest of the laundry but I can guess.

I use to work at a dry cleaners after school when I turned 16...

they had a machine in the shirt laundering and folding dept.mthatndidnexactly that!

I worked the front counter at a dry cleaners, too, while I was in HS. When I wanted extra hours, I was taught how to use that scary machine!

I think I'm a pretty mean folder of laundry, so I'm hitting my husband and kid up for at least that much per year now for my services.

Pay me or buy the machine!

And heck, I'm a better deal, cause I fold more than shirts!

Wow, I can see something like that for the Duggars or an orphanage or someone that has a dozen kids or more, but for most houses, it is costly and takes up a ton of space!

I got one (two sizes come together) from HSN ages ago. They fold the towels neatly and then I did the t-shirts so you could see the front of all the shirts and what was on them in the drawer. Those are two of the spiffiest items I ever got. The other one I really like chops up veggies, it was just on the 1st page in here a couple of days ago. Q item.

I would buy that device in a heartbeat! I am out of the house each day before the sun rises and this would make my life easier!

Once you iron everything, it needs to be done all over again. For some reason, the iron likes to burn my tender skin from time to time.

Taking several hours a week to fold clothes and iron them is not part of my weekly schedule.

I see people taking huge bundles of clothes to the cleaners to be cleaned and pressed and they spend huge $$$$ to do.

I think this machine will be very popular!
