Actually, neither one is from Scentsy....one I got at Wal-Mart, and the other I got from Hobby Lobby. The Wal-Mart one melts the tarts just fine. The one from Hobby Lobby never really melts the tarts. I was just wondering if there are different bulb wattages for these plug ins, or if anyone else has had this problem.
