Mr Rebates customer service rocks!!

Just wanted to pass along a shout-out to excellent customer service that I just received from Mr Rebates. I had not received credit for a rebate from a hotel that we stayed at in late February. I looked up the procedure & began a claim with Mr Rebates--filled out some basic information & copied & pasted our on-line confirmation information. I just heard back from customer service & have already been given credit for my rebate. That is extremely speedy service & I'm very impressed! I try to make sure I've been given credit for a purchase, and am glad that we kept the receipt. Just wanted to pass this along if you're thinking about using Mr Rebates.

I love Mr. Rebates. I look there first before I make any purchase. Have earned over $300 in free money since joining in 2007.

LOVE Mr. Rebates! They usually pay more than Ebates, I've found.

I automatically log in thru them, before I order from any website!

Good for you! That's really encouraging.

I recently made two large purchases from HSN and have yet to receive any rebate.

Mr. Rebates ask that you wait at least 30 days before filing a claim, but I'm wondering now how they will know I made through them. All they ask is you provide order info and a copy of your invoice.

Was thinking I didn't get it because I used flex pay. Will wait the 30 days and check back with them.

Using flex pay shouldn't have anything to do with it. Are you sure you accessed HSN from Mr. Rebates site? Good luck,

I tOo, LOVE Mr Rebates and have earned over $2500 over the years from various purchase.

I always make surre signed in and shows on screen prior to check out.
