They told us the foreclosed houses were tied up because the federal government was suing the banks. Now DH has found an auction channel, 324 on DirecTV Sat. night, that is selling foreclosed houses. The prices are unbelieveably cheap for what you are getting. So, my question is, has anyone bought a foreclosed house in Florida and what did you have to go through?
