I asked the sales associate about it and she showed me a darling little solar wind chime. The arch of it is made out of pottery and it has a small solar panel on one side. You then you attach the little chimes and a string with little gemstone rocks that twirl and set off the wind chimes. It is in a window now that has light but not all that much and it works!
