Nice WHITE lantern at Wmt.

I was at Wmt. last night and saw a nice white lantern (a color I don't have)on the bottom shelf in the Christmas items. Warmers and candles were above it. It was simple in design kinda slatted, but what I really liked was that it had a enamel finish, not just painted. I think it would hold up better if I wanted to use it outdoors on my covered porch (no rust problems). I probably would use it on the mantle, but I like having other options. It would look great with a red flameless candle and a holiday bow on top! Having said all that, I didn't buy it but have been obsessing about it ever since so back I go today to get it. I had a cart full of groceries last night and was trying to NOT want it, but that failed so back I go to get it. Sorry I can't post a pic. Just a heads up to you lantern lovers. I think you'll like this one, especially if you want a bright, white shiny one. It was $17.97.

I have some black Walmart lanterns that I've had on my patio for four years. It's covered but they're on the outside edge and get blown rain and snow. They're dusty right now but if wiped off, they'd look like new. I use the plastic outside candles in them.

SHOPR-Yes, I got it this evening. There were only 2 so I didn't want to wait, plus I needed batteries for flameless candles and smoke alarms.

I had been wanting a white metal one for awhile and didn't want to have to paint one.
