Yes I ordered a small foyer table. When it arrived one of the legs was cracked. I called them up and they sent a new leg. Very promptly and courteously, I would recommend them.

I've purchased several pieces of furniture from them and all were fine; a dresser, end table & TV console unit. I am very pleased with Wayfair. Deliveries are prompt and my orders were just as reviews stated.

I had a positive experience purchasing a leather chair. The delivery was quick, and it is still in perfect condition after 2 years.

I ordered an etagere that came unassembled in two huge, heavy flat pack boxes. In the item description it didn't say that assembly was required so I didn't ask for that service when I checked out. I called Wayfair because there was no way I could do this myself--it was just too heavy and way too complicated. Unlike the cam-lock sort of furniture from Ikea, this one came with a bag of over 100 screws!

Within an hour they'd arranged for a local contractor they work with to come and assemble the piece, free of charge. He arrived two days later, did the work perfectly and all was well.

Can't recommend Wayfair highly enough.

I discovered Wayfair about a year and a half ago and I think I've been keeping them in business ever since! Last year I purchased a couple of small media cabinets and a matching TV stand. Between September and October, I purchased a hanging lamp, two large wood cabinets, a narrow console table, a Tiffany styled pole/floor lamp, several window valances, a couple of decorator curtain rods, and a very large wall painting. The other day I ordered a Christmas tree and stand. From all of my prior purchases I had earned enough Wayfair Rewards that I was able to apply toward the tree & stand purchase so I actually got the stand free and still reduced the price of the tree some. And I've never had to pay for shipping on one thing! Now I'm shopping for a dresser for my daughter.

I've got nothing but rave reviews for Wayfair. One of the large cabinets I bought was missing a couple of hardware items. I contacted Wayfair's CS and they sent an entire hardware packet to me and the turnaround time was only a couple of days.

We moved to Ohio in May from southern California. We brought very little furniture with us - mostly family pieces. I have bought 2 head boards, several lamps. some nesting end tables. bookcases and night stands from them.My decorating sty;e is Mission and their pieces compliment beautifully. Their quality is excellent and my DH assembled them easily. I currently have a jewelry armoire in my basket.

Oh gosh, I'm the wrong person to ask today!! I ordered two sleeper sofas from them on Sept. 2 from two different manufacturers, and received confirmation yesterday that both sofas, yes, BOTH sofas, are considered lost by the freight companies!

I had ordered them in time for the holidays, had called in October to check on their delivery status, and received some 'pat' answer about both of them being in transit. I called again in early November to check on the shipments because I was getting fed up.

I'm currently waiting to hear back from them today to find out the delivery time frame for replacements, to decide whether to cancel them both and start this process all over AGAIN with another source or not. The only reason I took the chance to order from them in the first place is that I couldn't find the pieces I wanted locally.

So, I'd have to say I'm not a happy camper about ordering sofas from Wayfair...

I just received a chest to use in the loft as a TV stand and it is wonderful. Very nice quality.

I once bought a large beanbag shaped like a chair and did not like it, it was a NIGHTMARE to return...I will NEVER, EVER buy anything so large it would not be easy to pack up and return....so check HOW a return would be done before buying furniture online!!!

In all fairness, don't you think you being an employee had something to do with it?
