Buyers in this area expect a remodeled kitchen in this price range. I received quotes for both minor face lift (existing cabinets to be re-stained, replacing corian counter top with slab granite and installing all new high-end appliances) and brand new kitchen(new cabinets, granite and all new appliances). $7000 is the difference between these two. </P> <P>I am not sure which one gives me a better return.
