      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an item in the mail not from the Q and i have changed my mind about it so I didn't open it I just wanted to send it back. Even though I didn't open it would I still have to pay S/H charges to send it back?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My post office lets me just refuse it even if I have taken it home.  Unopened of course, but I realize there is a slight risk in doing this.  I rarely do it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No, you can mark the item "return to sender" and give it back to the carrier. It must be unopened to do this. People do this all the time.</description>

I brought my package back today and was not charged a dime just like you ladies had said. In fact the women at the post office said no problem.
