I don't want to accidentally break it, so am checking here in the forums, as well as on the item's description page, for the correct way to do so. I'm assuming that all I need to do is to twist them (not push down and twist, but just twist) to change settings, but would like to be sure. Since I can't move them with my bare fingers, I'm going to use pliers--but only after making sure that I'm doing it correctly. If anyone has this, would appreciate your advice.
