Cloche lovers~

I found a beautiful large glass dome cloche, they also have another smaller size, but its larger around. Would love both. I found them at Target, their Smith and Hawken brand. So happy..now I will have fun deciding on how to decorate it!The best part, it was only $19.99!! Very heavy glass too! Others I have seen at this size have been around $60..so glad I waited. Just wanted to share~

This one was kinda tall and skinny, but I saw another S & H on the site that was was larger for $29.99 for those wanting to put a scene or something larger under it. HTH

Thanks, country gal, I'll check those out this weekend if I can get to Target. Cloches are very popular and showing up in a lot of stores and prices vary too from store to store.

Cool moxie! I love them both, hope to get the other one too! Let us know how you decorate them. I've been checking the Christmas cloches on pinterest! So many cute ideas!

They're new to me~ I got one decorated at a craft sale several years ago..so glad they're popular now. I just love them!

I bought one just like this at Target last year and love it. I put my birds nest in it this year. Mine is the bigger one. Then put a couple of GB kids in it for Xmas.

I may just have to place an order.....I just get impatient and want it NOW and no shipping charges to add to the price of it. They do have it in stock 100 miles from here and we are heading that way this weekend....just need to find an excuse to go across town once we arrive. Hmmmm....

So many cloches, so little time..........

I must say: I don't get the obsession with cloches! One cloche might be creative and "different". When you repeat the same decorating technique over and over for multiple locations and seasons, it becomes tiresome and predictable. I try to avoid repeating myself in home decor.

I think they are the same ones they have had for a year or two as I've seen them down the Smith & Hawken aisle for the last couple of seasons.

If you do go, call ahead and have customer service hold it for you! I would hate for you to drive all that way and it was sold out! Glad you like it, I love mine, just waiting to get inspired!

There are so many different designs and sizes in cloches that require us to use different materials and techniques in decorating them that I don't feel two or three are too repetitive in our home décor. Just thinking aloud. Have fun with your cloche(s).

I don't think we should justify our cloche love. If it brings us joy and happiness in our creativity. that should be enough. To have some invade our thread to ridicule is just terrible manners.
