My mattress is 20" deep. I have a hard time finding sheets that fit it and when I do I have to pay through the nose for them. I just ordered a set off of linen n things and the total came to almost $200 for one set of sheets including top and bottom and pillow cases to match. The thread count was high though, 500. I didn't do that on purpose. That was the only sheet and count that came up in my search that had the pocket size I needed.
