Got my BH&G wax warmer last night. Popped out 1 cube (I really thought as strong as I like fragrance that I would want more than 1) to try it out. Went in our bedroom and changed out of work clothes and came back in and my whole room was flooded in maple-y, butterscotch-y goodness! So much so that after about an hour I had to turn it off. I have never had "too" much fragrance.

This is a girl who likes so much fragrance that I typically have candles all through a room and all over the house (my brother says that I have more candles burning than a Catholic Church!).

So, this morning, I put the dish of wax in a closed door room and lit 2 Yankee jars. One is half full, the other 3/4. Just got them in December. We live right near a Yankee store.

When my hubby came in the room I asked him if he like today's scent (making him think that I put something different in the warmer). He sniffed and said, "No. I like the one you had last night better".

I have had them burning for about 45 minutes and I can BARELY smell them. This has been my complaint. I buy jars right from the store and while the price is not my issue, I feel as if my Yankee Candles "in the day" smelled MUCH stronger than these.

I have to say that after just one use I am SUPER sold on this warmer idea. We have an open concept, ranch style home so everything all on one level and big, open areas and last night the whole house smelled great with ONE cube!

Oh, and we have 3 little Chihuahuas. I did not fel good burning candles around them so this will solve that worry aswell.

I know I am likely overly excited over something so simple (that many of you discovered years ago) but my little test really showed me what I have been missing.
