Does anyone have any experience with these? I saw them at the store and I am considering them for our home.

Right now, we have wall-to-wall carpet (AND I CAN NOT STAND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!) I am thinking of either industrial level wood flooring, highly sealed (like the kind used in the department stores/hospitals), so that it is designed for high traffic and wear; engineering wood floors or straight laminate. I read about all of them, but when I see laminate flooring in person, it is not the same as in the magazines.

I am thinking of bamboo flooring. I like the colors. I love Brazilian cherry, but in our home, I am wondering if it will make the house look smaller, rather than more expansive. I am not looking to make our home look any smaller!
