@goldensrbest Regular laundry detergent, and sometimes I double rinse. I never use fabric softner or sheets.

Yes,never use any fabric softner of any kind,i ask this question because i am finding some clthes feel rough.

All my microfiber cloths have a rough side and a smooth side. That the nature of the material. I didn't even know they make a special detergent for them. I wonder why?

I've read on reputable sites to use a detergent free of dyes and colors, so I use All free and clear.

I purchased some small towels from The Rag Company. They recommend the free and clear detergents, and wash separately from other towels.

I never use fabric softener for any wash but I always have dryer balls. They seem to keep the clothes and towels soft. I use both the wool and the plastic ones. Lots of them

We use regular detergent, no fabric softner. DD got a small hamper at Ikea and we use that strictly for kitchen towels and the microfiber cloths and drying mats.

We have a full load of kitchen stuff at least once a week. I change towels everyday. I go through the microfiber cloths like crazy. We also keep 2 or 3 microfiber clothes in each car.

I have a serious kitchen towel/cloth issue, I have a jelly cabinet full of stuff.

I use the lowest setting on my washer and rinse twice. I have approximately 8 micro cloths, the small ones.

I just toss them in with my bath towels. I will use bath towels twice, but I do change kitchen towels daily. So always enough for a load. I also use All Free and clear.

Regular. Hang to dry or lo heat for a few minutes, then remove and hang to finish drying.

Wash with a detergent free of dyes/perfumes on gentle with an extra rinse. Warm or cold water depends how soiled they are. Cold is fine for most, unless it's very dirty (then warm water).

Wash separately -- all microfiber only. When washed with other laundry, the microfiber will attract hair, lint, etc. and ultimately reduce the effectiveness of the microfiber cloth.

Dry on low, no fabric softener.

You can also hand wash -- and air dry.

I use ALL microfiber towels....bath, hair, and kitchen

Wash with "free & clear" detergent. Dry with dryer balls

That's the one thing my micros had in the directions. Never wash these cloths with your towels. The fibres from the towels clog the pores of the micro cloths so they are not picking up the bacteria they normally would.

I never put them in the dryer. I hang them up and they dry quickly. As others have said... no fabric softener.
