New Throw Is On The Way

I found a throw that I love. It has all my living and dining room colors in it. Those rooms are what they used to call a "great room" and very wide open with wood vaulted ceiling.

I love throws. I even sometimes use them on my dining room table to break up all the wood at that end of the room. They seem to have more presence then a tablecloth or runner and more body to them. There are 3 other places in that room I could use it so I'm excited to get it. I'm kind of a bookworm so when I saw this ....I had to have it!!!

Love the colors! Sort of muted. And yellow.....

I use a very old, wool, twin, Welsh double-weave as my throw. Leftover from a kid. Nice and warm.

Check the mills out, they also do table runners. Mom had one.

Very nice @jubilant , I love the colors! I love when people use things that personalize their spaces....it tells their story.

Also, don't you love it when you find the perfect thing for your home? The angels just sing!

PS. I love your different uses of throws! I need to pull mine out and experiment!

@Oznell You remembered my delft vase!! I've never seen another just like it. I do like that old world feeling mixed in with my decor. I paid a little more for it then I normally would but I love it...so it's been worth it!

No, I didn't but I thought about getting one for my daughter and having it personalized.

I have a chair and a sofa it would look good on if I don't like it on my dining room table.

Even though I already bought it there was an offer on my email this morning for 30% off of it. Of course I took it!!!
