@Teddixat I also ordered it recently, but have not yet received it. Let's connect again soon after we get a chance to use it to share experience and comments. I only ordered one to test it out before I order more.

@Kachina624 - For me, it is the most comfortable pillow. How dense or soft you want it, is up to you and how much extra fill you put into it. Wouldn't call the pillow hard even with all the extra fill in it. Its supportive - I"m a mostly side sleeper and sometimes back sleeper.

I bought and received.

I do not know how it is to sleep on as it is a gift for my husband for Christmas.

I hope he likes it as the pillows we have -- it is time to toss.

I have a pillow that I purchased a bit ago and it is OK.

The Coop is one that he stated that he would like to try and come Christmas he will have it.

Not the Coop brand but a different adjustable one, I bought a while back, was too hot for me to sleep on. I just can't handle memory foam and the heat it gives off. Gave the pillow to a friend.

I love these pillows. I ordered mine from HSN about 2 years ago and went back and ordered 2 more from HSN in May. I love how you can adjust the firmness by adding or removing the stuffing.

@DJs mom - I think it is interesting that we can adjust the firmness and that they provide an extra bag of the internal contents. Have you washed it? I know the outside case can be washed but I'm wondering about the internal case with the foam. The vendor rep discussed the wash/care and said it could be washed and tossed in dryer.

@Calibeach I have not washed the internal case. I have only washed the outer case. I also bought pillow case protectors from Amazon that I have over the outer case. I wash that and the outer case.

I bought my Coop pillow on Amazon 3 or 4 years ago. Now in all my 86 years I have slept on many many pillows and this Coop is by far the best of the best. It came with 2 bags of foam and I still have one unopened bag and half of the other. I have never washed the inner cover, just the outer one and the one I purchased to cover both.

I agree with some of the previous posts. What makes this pillow work for me is that I can adjust the fill (so many pillows don't allow this and I find them much too firm/dense - My Pillow, Joy Mangano, etc.). And if I take what I removed and add that to the extra filling that came with it, I could make a second pillow!

As to washing, I've only washed the outer covering. But I do put a pillowcase over it that also gets washed. I've had mine 2 years and it's still like new.

Thank you @chlema The Q presentation that I watched, the vendor suggested washing the inner cover/pillow contents once a year. I guess it depends on if you sweat (or drool) or if something is spilled on it? The outer cover won't prevent sweat or drool, etc from impacting the inner cover/pillow

@JudyL Same here. First purchased at HSN now 2 from the Q. I like the ability to adjust the firmness. Also, they do not make me sweat like some that have gel memory foam built in. Also, they hold their shape throughout the night. Unlike the old MyPillow, which never worked for me and we threw out after buying from the Q years ago.

I bought mine from Amazon and just returned it. Not comfortable for me no matter how little or more of the stuffing I put in. It's another kimmick.
