Cashstar was the company used by QVC last October 2013 for the $25 for every $100 in Gift Cards...Max was $400. And couldn't use Mr. Rebates.

I took advantage of that promo, too. Q doesn't offer much (practically nothing) in the way of discounts, so every little bit helps when shopping with them.

In case anyone is wondering, the gift card codes are emailed to you. Once you use the code(s) at QVC to make a purchase, any remaining balance(s) from the gift card(s) will be saved on QVC.com as a merchandise credit you can use later.
