Traditional maybe to some but we ate Thanksgiving off of Franciscan Starburst dishes! And yes, the table was full to the edges with foods, the dressing in a long Corning Ware baking dish with the little blue flowers!

Love the warm colors and the natural decorations. The chairs are a mixture, but they meld well. We have mixed chairs too, but ours don't meld quite as well.

I love, love...and old timey, curated with eclectic decor, home... "cluttered" by today's standards, but homey, cozy, personalized, to me. I've never, ever signed onto the "generlc gray" minimalized look of the last decade.

I believe this type look is becoming more popular again...particularly with even some younger people, (some I follow in YouTube and IG), who've opted for a farm life, or just love what they call "grandma" decor.

I want to have Thanksgiving dinner here @Oznell!

I live in CT, and many times we've gone to old, traditional, New England restaurants with this type atmosphere for Thanksgiving. 🦃 🥧

This year I've also put a lot more energy into extending my fall harvest decor past Halloween to use through November for Thanksgiving. I really toned down the black /orange/ purple / neon green Halloween stuff this year and had a couple of Halloween things out that are easily traded out for more brown and amber toned items.

The Valerie Parr Hill harvest garlands and the chocolate, champagne, orange, and russet pumkinns and crackled glass hurricane candles all blend beautifully and are making me very happy for a cozy and traditional Thanksgiving.

This also gives me time to really think about those visions of sugarplums dancing in my head a la' Christmas Carol so I can be better coordinated and perhas more streamlined in my Christmas decorating.
