Do You Have A House From Blue Sky Clayworks In The 1990's?

They are darling, @ECBG ! I don't have any but think they are extremely cute, and loaded with forest charm. Do you only set them out at Christmas time, or any time?

What I have is a little porcelain house my sister gave me, that is an incense burner. Ha, remember when incense was big? You put the little cone inside, light it, and the "smoke" comes out of the chimney. It's by Claire Burke, in a sort of colonial style, with snow on the roof. I found an example online to show:

Here's one that's a better picture, but they're missing the little brick courtyard:

There's something about little houses, of all kinds, that's so intriguing...... especially to us house freaks!

I have one that I bought and another one that is a gift, came from a little gift boutique where I started my Christmas village(s) back in the 1980s. These are so darn cute. I only always put a tiny candle in them. I also use them with my Christmas villages.

Our cute little shop that opened in the 1980s with so much cute stuff closed during Covid. I wish I had some of everything they sold. I guess I have too much stuff. I have not been able to put all my Christmas village(s) out in a few years now. With our train set, they are all in the attic. I rent a house to store my Christmas decor. Wish I had not been so foolish to put the village(s) and train sets in the attic. Now our gardener who helped us get it down each year, died (at a young age) and we are both unable to get into the attic now. Our children all have asthm and can't do it since it is likely dusty.

@ECBG I see these pieces at HomeGoods frequently.

The pieces I saw are done for specific holidays and very cute. The St. Patrick's Day was my favorite.

What a shame that you have limited access to your wonderful treasures, @ECBG and @Nonametoday -- hope that at some point you can get at them. Storage of items can be difficult, especially if they are small and tucked away.

It's ok. I decided to do the coffee table mostly in white angels, centering around this one which I love and keep out all year. It's quite large.

@ECBG , those little houses are so charming. I love miniature buildings and for a while, collected the Dept. 56 Dickens Village. Now, the only miniature houses I have are a collection of Royal Crown Derby porcelain ones that are displayed year-round. RCD has stopped producing them, so my collection is complete,

Love all these houses! As part of our paring down campaign, I gave most of our Victorian village pieces to our daughter. I do have a few churches in different styles I display on our kktchen table at the holidays. I have always loved churches.

Setting up the village became too much of a chore, but it was pretty.

Here is one of mine, it is two pieces. I forgot all about them, about 20 years ago I used to decorate my patio with these when having a little get together. I have 3 that are very similar.

The house you mentioned is covered in holly and is a Christmas house, not St Patrick.
