Pretty Spring Wreath From the Aldi Store

We have a few Aldi stores near me. Although I don't buy everything I need in Aldi, I do like to go there once a week and supplement whatever else I need at the larger grocery store. The savings really adds up. In addition, they have the center aisles with different home goods that can be purchased.

I bought this pretty Spring wreath for my front door. It's a large wreath and the price was $14.99 I like the way the white Magnolia flowers contrast against the wood door.

Your wreath is SO PRETTY,❤ and I concur about the juxstaposition between dark and light!👍 It is quaint but makes a very BOLD statement!! That is a BEAUTIFUL rustic looking door, but I am not very familiar with different types of wood. What type of wood is it?

My neighbor has one like that on her door, though she's had it for years, so likely not the same one you got from Aldis, but I've always thought it looked pretty.

I love Magnolia flowers too, and the simplicity of this wreath, with the bold white flowers and green leaves, that's it. Very Springy...and, great price! You're so right, it does look so nice against the darker wood door.

Also, I do what you do, I supplement anything I can from my larger, very inflated grocery store. I don't get to Aldi's once a week, but as needed. It's a town over from me, which is no biggie, I just don't need to go every week. What I especially like is that they have a lot of organic veggies, lettuces, and berries, same brands as my grocery store for a LOT less.

And, they offer some organics my regular grocery store does not, like cheeses, organic hummus, lean grassfed beef, organic chicken breakfast sausages...all those things are great and not offered at my regular grocery. Some good jarred veggies, like olives, artichoke hearts etc, all VERY high at my grocery...and hardly anything is on sale anymore, like before all this inflation there were great sales.

@SandySparkles My late husband was a master carpenter by trade. He made the door as well as all of our kitchen cabinets etc. I honestly don't know what wood he used to make it. I can tell you the door was made in 1980, shortly before we moved into the house.

Sometimes Aldis has some great things in their seasonal isle.

I got some garden shoes that I wore all over for $7 a few years ago.

And they have wonderful chocolate and spinach dip and their produce is usually very good.

One of my favorite wines is their Owl shiraz which is $3 but the best I've tried of reds. Also they have nice bread sometimes.

A few years ago I had to get the cutest stuffed lama that I put in the "kids room" where I am. I got it for me I mean the kids lol!

I want to add too-I love your door too and your wreath looks so pretty and springy!

@ciao_bella Wow, that is so beautiful on your door! I love it. While I don't get to aldis every week, I do try to go a couple times a month. Their produce is way, way, cheaper. Buy some frozen foods. Sometimes you see it once and done though. Got some and never saw them again. Their canned goods are much more reasonable, too. I like their medium salsa. Thanks for sharing!

Now, I have to start looking at the seasonal aisle!

I'm probably the only person who has never been in an Aldi. Guess a trip with a friend who sometimes goes there is in order. Now I'm curious about that aisle!

They had that one plus 2 others at our Aldi back in March this year. Your Aldi may still have some in stock.

@cheriere Bought this wreath about 2 weeks ago. It was in their sale flyer. They had this one with the white Magnolia flowers and another one that was pretty as well but it was all mixed types of greenery.
