That would depend on where in Florida her home is located.

I can tell you of an organization in coastal central Florida. Halifax Urban Ministries. They help families get on their feet and into a home.

There are some businesses who will empty your home, but I don't know anything about how they charge.

I haven't always had the best of luck donating items, especially furniture. It has been my experience, espeically with Goodwill and Habitat for Humanity that they are not the easiest to deal with. They want furniture is practically new condiition. I can understand no tears, stains, etc. I had to send them pictures, call them several times because they had questions. It was a pain. I do most of my donating now to a local thrift store that proceeds go to a no kill animal shelter. If I was her, I'd start by asking neighbors if they're interested in anything and who knows, maybe they know somebody looking for something. I'd also consider having a garage sale, but leave it all in the house (like an estate sale would be) so she wouldn't have to worry about moving stuff. She could always hire people to have the sale for her and pay them. Not one place is going to take all her stuff. It's probably going to be multiple places and people to get it done.
