      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just received my first Harry Slatkin reed diffuser.&amp;nbsp; Having some trouble getting the plastic stopper out of the glass bottle......I don't want to break the neck of the bottle or loose any of the oil.......any suggestions??&amp;nbsp; Thanks!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I used tweezers and kind of pried it up. A mini screw driver or anything that you can get under the rim..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited to add:&amp;nbsp; be sure to hold down on a flat surface.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
