i have a cordless shark, that has been discontinued, and like it very much. It has a feature that will go from hard floors to carpet suctioning with a boost feature. the top part come off so it can be handheld. It last about 20+ mins. depending on what feature you are using. I would buy again.

My daughter had a dyson cordless and loves it. ? which model. She has two young kids, 2 dogs and a cat, so hers is probably more heavy duty, than mine. More $ too.

We have a Dyson V11 and we have a Cordless Shark, though I like the Shark because it is lighter weight I prefer the Dyson because it outcleans the shark on my carpeting. We have 4 cordless Dysons, one on each level of the house (one was in our motorhome that we no longer have). We have 13 cats so they get a work out! My favorite Dyson is the Omni-glide for hard floors, it's used a few times each day.

We have had a cordless Dyaon for years and love it. We are two seniors with a kitty and spend much time in the kitchen and family room, as well as our three-season porch in the warmer weather.

Even though the time is rather short for vacuum time, you can move through your task very quickly. I will never buy a corded vacuum again. And our Dyson does a great job.

I bought the Hoover Linx.

Must admit I am impressed with it. The battery lasts through all I want to clean. And I find I still have plenty of charge later when I use it.

And it does a good job cleaning up. I am so pleased that I bought it. Several vacuums have come and gone since I bought it. But the Hoover Linx is still going strong,

PS - I bought it because we babysat a collie for a year, that shed quite a bit. So I could just take out the vacuum and clean up any hair. Then we got another collie and it continued to do an excellent job. The battery lasted for about 2 weeks with daily use.

I have a Dyson and Shark and use them often. They're pretty good, but I do like to get out the corded Dyson for the carpets a few times a week. I only have two carpeted rooms and the rest have wood floors. Come to think of it, I like all of these vacuums. My corded Dyson is about fifteen years old and the other about ten. Both still work great. The corded had to be taken in for service just once. The Shark is relatively new and yes, that's very good too.

I swear by Dyson. I have GSD's and nothing picks up dog hair like a Dyson. The suction is always at full power regardless of how full the tank is. They're an investment but mine have lasted for many years.

We have 4 cordless Dysons, one on each level of the house (one was in our motorhome that we no longer have). We have 13 cats so they get a work out! My favorite Dyson is the Omni-glide for hard floors, it's used a few times each day.

@We rescue cats Thanks!

@drizzellla Thank You. I have a Jack Russell and he sheds like crazy. He is just so cute! LOL
