Pretty and comfy, but I don't know, for me, it's lacking something. Could be that the walls, curtains and furniture are all just a little too pale.

For a sitting room today, it needs a little more relaxed furniture. Club chairs, etc.

I think it's pretty, it has that light and airy look...... I am not one who likes blues in my living room, I do those colors more in the bedrooms. But that's just me. Also for some reason I really don't care for those platters on the walls. I'm sure they are some fancy type but I never liked it, not even in a kitchen. I'd rather see them displayed in a hutch.

I like this room, but I am like you there is something missing. For me I think it is a darker color. I would like to see brown bamboo shades at the windows.

Overall I like the room but agree somethings off. Maybe it's the window coverings fading into the walls or the white coffee table. Have to ponder.......

There's too much white; walls, draperies, sofa, then a wishy washy rug. The room cries for some texture and contrast. The blue touches stuck here and there just don't do it. It gives the room a blah feel.

It is just a little to sterile looking. Needs some comfy chairs and either a darker color on the walls or the drapes.

A wood floor would add the contrast the room needs. Get rid of the rug.

It's a vanilla (dull) room with pops of blue. It needs warmed up but it wouldn't take much!

I think the room is too bland. Needs some darker colors or something. Can't quite put my finger on it.

The room lacks personality, and I did not care for the lamps. It feels like an afterthought. Doesn't go with the room, and the blue is a little harsh against all the pale tones. The room needs color, but not with those lamps.

I love this room, although I agree it needs something. I think contrasting crown moulding would be pretty.

dark. I think that a dark wood coffee table would be nice.

The windows do look a little bare, I like valances or maybe shades to cover those bare windows.

I think it's bright and airy looking. I like the mix of colors and prints in the pillows. I like the furniture, but not some of the accessories. I'm not a fan of the drapes, blue lamps, platters displayed on the wall, or the rug. I'd replace those.

Too blah, colorless, and symmetrical. If the draperies (as opposed to their edges) were the celery color of the pillows at the ends of the sofa, the room might at least have a little life.

I wonder if this living room is more vibrant in color in person. But it needs either a very vibrant color on the walls, I think I would like something in the coral shade.
