Looks like a beauty to me! I am sure it has a lot of space inside which I love and filled with many perks. Of course I would enjoy filling it up with furnishings and decor but the price, just a bit too high for me!!!!! lol

I hate to nit pick but this laundry room design could have been better. It would be difficult to open the cabinet door with the washer right there. It would be a stretch to get to the back countertop also.

I agree. It almost looks like the W/D has been pulled out away from the counter. I suppose it could be just an illusion with the way the picture was taken but it sure doesn't look like it.

@J Town Girl You have a great eye for detail as I did not pick that up.

Why on earth would the real estate/photographer pull them out for the picture? It would seem more functional and make the room a tad larger if they were pushed back. I can't imagine the homeowner doing it.

Maybe there is something behind the washer and dryer but who knows?
