Question If You Shop Wayfair?

I've never shopped Wayfair but clicking around today I found a kitchen faucet that interests me for my vintage sink.

Same model exists on the mfg. website but Wayfair pricing is about 1/2 of the mfg. pricing.

Question is, does Wayfair sell open box, customer returns, etc? I usually don't have an issue buying a customer return to save $, but the faucet has a number of small parts/components and I'd hate to find them missing!

Everything I've gotten from Wayfair has been brand-new and quickly delivered. If you have questions, call them and ask. They reportedly have great CS, although I've never needed it.

I can't answer your question, but Wayfair is a top notch company.

DS got a handmade bed made from an artist which was signed. I also got DS a handmade pair of angel wings made by an artist. The items equaled the price and are wonderful!

I have used Wayfair about 8 or 9 times over about six years. Products seem to be new. I did have a problem with one item and CS did make it right.

Everything i have rec'd from Wayfair has been terrific. All parts came with product, delivery was quick and on time. One of my favorite on-line places to shop.

I can get the spec sheet from the mfg. website to make sure this faucet will fit and I'll go from there.

The customer service at Wayfair is exceptional. The products I've ordered have been brand new, delivered quickly, and well packaged. I had a problem with a Waterford crystal lamp...they immediately remedied. Nothing but praise for Wayfair.....large selection, wonderful products, excellent pricing, and top notch CS.

My sister bought a day bed from Wayfair, but it had no support for anyone weighing more than a doll.

She put it out on the curb.

Wayfair does sell open box items, but it's in a separate category. If you go towards the bottom of their webpage there is a link on the right side. The items will be designated as open box.

I've purchased a small sofa & a custom size sink insert that was double the price if I would have bought through the place our sink came from. All brand new items! And great experiences!

They sell "seconds" but they are clearly marked as such on the site.

Isn't Wayfair owned by Wal-mart? That's neither good or bad, just a question. I bought my Palram Greenhouse from them because I caught it in stock there. Apparently, greenhouses were a hot commodity during the pandemic, so I had to stalk sites. No problems, prompt delivery. I did have one misshapen plastic part which could not have been Wayfair's fault, but I just called Palram and they sent it out right away. So, it's probably just as important that the manufacturer has good customer service as it is the big box store selling it.

I've shopped Wayfair for years. Almost Everything I've received has been perfect. I had an issue with a small scratch on a coffee table.

THe customer service was great and Wayfair made it right.

I would have no hesitation to order from them again.

I bought a small recliner for the bedroom. It came unassembled (of course) in a box. Husband put it together one,two,three. No problems at all and it's very comfortable. I was very hesitant about ordering this online but it worked out. A friend of ours bought a fake fireplace and it stopped working. They sent him a new one and he gave the broken one to us. Husband fixed it so now we have a free fireplace.

Love Wayfair. I bought a small desk for my work from home situation and it couldn't have been nicer. They have something for everyone. Want a step up from Wayfair? Try Joss and Main. Need a luxury item? Try Perigold. All the same company with excellent customer service. One time I came home and a twin size mattress in a big box was sitting in front of my garage from Wayfair. I didn't order this! Somebody messed up! How am I going to get this to UPS to return it? When I called them, they couldn't have been nicer. They told me don't worry about it, just keep it. Ok great. Now I have a twin sized mattress that I don't need 😂. I ended up donating it to our local Habit for Humanity who were absolutely thrilled to get it.
