Stupid question but I need an answer. I bought some home fragrance oil and can't get it to come out of the bottle without taking the plastic stopper off. Shouldn't I be able to just take the lid off and shake drops out? Also, since I'm new to oils, can someone please tell me how long they should burn? Thanks for your help!
