I like it, but I would change the goldtone to silvertone. I think with the all the gray and black silver would be more appealing to my eye.

All it needs is a coffee pot, mini-fridge, and a microwave.....and that could be the "company break room".....

I like it. The brass/gold is different.

You can always easily replace or paint it if you get tired of it.

I like the look of the brass kickplate. What I would not like is to have to try to keep it looking clean. Seems like when you mop your floors you would get water/soap splatter on the brass and after awhile it starts to look odd. (Getting up from my hands and knees is not as easy as it once was).

It's fine, but I'd prefer to not give prominence to that area. Something dark and recessive would be my choice.

I guess you could still go with metal - a rustic bronze might be attractive. I'd move some of that stuff out of the way on the lowest shelf so those spirits could be dispensed!

I don't love it but I think the bigger issue is that it would be difficult to keep it in the pristine condition it needs to be in at all times. If it get scraped and smudgy it will look terrible.

I don't like this room, starting with those things hanging from the ceiling. Yuck! Don't like brass, either.

I'm not crazy about the overall design, but I love the brass kick plate! I do not like the hardware on the cabinet. I would change the door pulls. There is not much in this room I do like, including the rug, the ceiling thing, and the arrangement of items on the shelves. But I do like the French door, and I do like that kick plate!

No, I'd prefer it disappear and would like it to be black, if not the natural wood. I don't think that part of a cabinet is a thing of great beauty to be accentuated. Sticks out like a sore thumb.

I can hardly look at the bottom of the counter because of those hideous gold light fixtures.... They look like porcupines.... It hurts me to look at them....its like nails on a chalkboard.

We had a large old, Victorian brass bed for years. It was lovely for about ten days after polishing. Then - 😐. Caused a lasting bias against brass.
