2022 wall calendars

I almost always choose nature and animals, mini and/or wall calendars.

A great pick-me-up, especially each time you enter the room.

This is my choice of baby animals this year... what are some of your faves?

I usually buy a wall calender with golden retriever puppies. But this time I just bought one from Walmart which was available for curbside pickup. All the wall calendars there are less than $5. Measure 12"x12".

We usually get a calendar from some place we traveled to during the year. But this year I'm making do with one of the many calendars I've received from charities.

Cats, the large & small twin pack from Dollar Tree...love that small calendar, it fits inside the pockets of the 12 month financial planner I use from Dollar General.

Ours are usually beautiful sailing pics.

DH used to race sailboats and participated in the 1996 Olympics sailing regatta, held here in Savannah, GA.

The sails are so colorful flying in the wind, against the gorgeous water, so serene and relaxing to us.

Not sure if they were available this year (DH orders them), but I always have my large dry erase calendar on the wall, tucked behind the kitchen door for medical appts. for DH.

He has so many every week, that it's hard for my fading memory to keep up without writing everything down, LOL!

I love wall calendars. I buy three different ones every year. One for my kitchen and one for each of my RV's. I often choose an animal theme.

The dollar store is my go to place. I especially like the ones with a pocket if I can find them.

Right after Black Friday, I make my calendar rounds to all of the area banks & Asian take outs.

For 2021, I have Waterfalls of the Finger Lakes by photographer Dewey Neild. Beautiful photography! I hope to get the same for 2022.

I used to buy Cruising World wall calendars but they haven't had them for a while.

I love sailboats but like them better when there's also land in the picture.

I have some sailboat paintings and models around the house.

For 2022 I decided to go low-key but perky with Katie Daisy calendars.

They made me think of the Enchanted Garden cozy series by Bailey Cattrell in which the main character cultivates a fairy garden as part of her yard.

Once I had a sort-of fairy house as part of a terrarium.

I may choose this style for 2023.

@alliswell I always buy Mary Engelbreit calendars & hers look a lot like yours does. Sorry no pics for now. I get special edition with signed prints.

My calendar for 2021 was a Bob Ross one. In case anyone is not familiar, he's the artist they show on PBS. In the midst of the pandemic my husband and I would watch his show. It was very soothing and relaxing. So when I saw his calendar, I bought it. He's been dead a long time but his legacy lives on. Haven't purchased one for 2022 yet.
