What Color is Your Front Door?

What color is your front door and is the inside the same as the outside?

I am going to paint ours--maybe a light blue green; maybe charcoal gray, maybe black--on the outside! House is red brick with an aged brick look.

I'm ashamed to admit I had to go look. Faux oak wood grain, both inside and out. All I could remember is the glass window that is

Arts and Crafts with a few color accents. DH picked this out. I've always liked it.

Mahagoney wood, so its a deep burgundy, wine-brown color. I am partial to more conservative color schemes for houses' external appearance.

Down south: Black inside and out - Sherwin Williams Black Tricorn

Up north: Red outside, black inside.

With red brick, I would go with black. JMO

Slate blue out the outside and white on the inside. I'd love to change it up too though.

How funny, the same door! I bet your furbaby is all grown up now. They are such a huge part of the family. Our guy is 5 already........where do the years go?

I'm blue inside and out. Although slightly different shades. If you go onto the Houzz app they have all kinds of stories about front door colors and how to coordinate with the rest of the house.

@Sooner, our front door is a Benjamin Moore Historic Color, "Stratton Blue". Neither of the samples below are of our front door, obviously, but to give you an idea of Stratton Blue.

It's a hazy blue-green that's "grayed-down" a bit.

@mspatmac I'll bet it is pretty! Our old house was gray and had a blueberry colored front door that I loved!!!!
