Pink Geo BR with Unusual Light Fixture

There is a lot to take in, but my eye goes to the light fixture. It's a surprising choice for me. I would think that this type of fixture would work with TWO mirrors, but how does it work with ONE?

Hmmm....I like it but don't love it. I think the geometric tilework is a little too busy for both the floor and the shower....I'd do one or the other. I also like the lighting. It just works well. IMHO

I like it, but I don't love the light fixture, I don't hate it, but I just don't think I really like it either.....It is unique and very different! The bathroom itself though, I am surprised that I really do like it.

@lolakimono To me the positioning of the light fixture adds a lot of interest and better identifies the space. I don't usually go for modern but this one is very nice.

I dont care for the light color wood of the cabinet not just in this room but in any room. The rest is ok, but not for me.

I like the fixture alright. i don't like the mirror - I think I would have done a pure circle, oval, square, or diamond.

Or, I could see embellishing under the mirror as it is, with a back splash in something reminiscent of the shower tile.

It has a "clean look" but that is about all.

It looks like it would quickly appear dated.

I am not a pink person but I kind of like this shade of pink.

I like the light fixture. It's different and looks interesting.

It all works for me.

If you put makeup on over the bathroom sink (like I do), it is helpful when the lighting is the same on both sides. For that reason I don't care for the fixture. I do like the assymetrical cool factor of it though.

However, I don't care for the color of the bathroom or the tile configuration.

I don't like the light fixture and think the room would look better with the tile used for either the floor or shower not both.

I'd change two things, the basin cabinet to white (keeping everything white and dusty pink) and the shape of the mirror. Maybe rectangular, with a gold frame. This one doesn't work for me. The lights are okay. Overall, I think it's a nice, clean look.

First, the lights need to go! The pink/white combo is soothing but with the floor matching the shower walls, it's a tad too much. I'd make the flooring a plain white or white with a small pink print to it.
