I love a large leaning mirror. I have one in my dining room. I like this space.

I have a wall to wall mirror in my living room which makes the room look twice the size 😉

I hate mirros like that. I've seen several apartments online that have an entire wall of mirrors and that would be an instant deal breaker for me.

Not sure how small the room actually is if it's able to contain back to back sofas, a look I've never cared for. The mirror is pretty and the room looks to be reasonably attractive and appealing, but I wouldn't personally choose such a large mirror. I don't necessarily want to see everything reflected every time I walk by. Moreover, I can see the advantage to doing what one can to make a small room live larger, but the purpose of making one look larger has always escaped me.

Another thumbs-down to big mirrors. They are nice in designer homes, bad in actual homes.

Obviously there are strong opinions on free standing mirrors. I don't feel strongly either way, but friend has one and it looks terrific. I have one in the spare bedroom that young GD uses when she comes. She is a dancer and loves dancing in front of it. So cute.

It's okay but I find it too big. Also I don't like losing all that wall space for picture placing.

I don't usually care for walls of mirrors or them used as decor. However, the one pictured is rather unique so I might make an exception. It would be extremely heavy and take an army of strong men to move. It does seem to expand the size of the room.

I guess it makes the room look larger, but the mirror itself is so huge. IMO mirrors this big belong in huge rooms, but even then it's not a look I particularly like. I don't like leaning mirrors against walls or the distressed wood on this one.

Yes, I do like them. Not only do they make rooms look larger, they reflect light brightening up the room when placed opposite windows. I also like how they bring life to a room.

Other than liking the size of the mirror, don't like the frame or neutral colors in this room.
